Rita Louise Potestio was born and raised in Toronto, Ontario and received her Honours Bachelor of Arts in Law and Society and Women’s Studies from York University. She then furthered her studies and attended Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology to obtain her Court and Tribunal Agent Diploma. She became a Licensed Paralegal under the Law Society of Upper Canada in January of 2009. In January 2017 Rita had the pleasure of meeting Ted Crawford when purchasing a home with her husband and instantly formed a lasting connection with him as she saw how much time and effort he put into the sale and knew if an opportunity arose with The TED CRAWFORD GROUP , it would be an opportunity she would definitely be interested in pursuing.
In November 2017 she made the move to Okotoks, Alberta, became an Unlicensed Real Estate Assistant with CREB and is loving every second of her new world in real estate. Working in the legal field, Rita knows that clients come first and the caring attitude at The TED CRAWFORD GROUP is a stance that she can proudly support.
Amanda prides herself in her work ethic and believes that going above and beyond is a necessity in today’s marketplace. She feels that this leads the way to ensuring a positive client experience and forms an integral part in investing in a clients’ future. “Being honest, caring, genuine – these are all traits that help build trust between a client and their realtor for one of the most important decisions of their lives. She first met Ted within her own community and after speaking with him, it became clear that she shared his philosophies on putting people first. Working with the TED CRAWFORD GROUP, she is confident that her solutions-focused way of thinking contributes to their team being unique and is looking forward to fostering strong, lasting relationships with clients.
Amanda is currently working in partnership with Timber Creek Homes, one of the top new home builders in the Town of Okotoks, and is the Area Manager for the community of Cimarron.
