He prides himself on having ten years experience as an investment advisor specializing in investment banking and real time stock trading. He has a superior understanding of market valuations and investment opportunities, and his fine tuned negotiation skills are an invaluable asset. With family ties to a third generation home builder, he has a unique appreciation and understanding of how trade pricing is conducted as it relates to current market trends. Ted is an exceptional communicator, an active listener, and intuitively responds to his clients’ needs. Rita Louise Potestio received her Honours Bachelor of Arts in Law and Society and Women’s Studies from York University. She then furthered her studies and attended Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology to obtain her Court and Tribunal Agent Diploma. Since 2009, she has been a Licensed Paralegal under the Law Society of Ontario. In January 2017 Rita, and her husband, decided to move to Okotoks from Barrie, Ontario. She had the pleasure of meeting Ted Crawford when purchasing a home and instantly formed a lasting connection with him as she saw how much time and effort he put into the sale. Rita knew if an opportunity working with the TED CRAWFORD GROUP was available, it was one she would be interested in pursuing.
In November 2017, Rita became an Unlicensed Real Estate Assistant with CREB and is loving every second of her new world in real estate as our Office Manager. Working in the legal field, Rita knows that clients come first and the caring attitude at the TED CRAWFORD GROUP is a stance that she can proudly support.
